  1. Thank you for using ConvertQ!

  3. One purpose of this READ.ME file is to let you know why the program (and
  4. documentation for) 7BIT.EXE was included with the ConvertQ archive file.
  5. 7BIT was included for those of you who wish to print the documentation
  6. for ConvertQ (which contains many high-ASCII characters) and don't have
  7. printers that can reliably handle high-ASCII.  It will make sure there
  8. are no high-bit characters in a given text file--namely the ConvertQ
  9. documentation, so that you can print it without any worries.  Besides,
  10. it's a useful program in any case, and you might find other times where
  11. you need to use it.

  14. information.

  17. The other purpose of this READ.ME is to ensure that you have all the
  18. files that are supposed to be included in the compressed file.  The
  19. files in the CVTQ110.ZIP file should be:
